6. Recce / Site Visit

Recce or site visits are subject to prior appointment and confirmation.

Visitors must follow the instructions of the studio team during recce. Mother Nature Sttudios may restrict access to certain areas due to ongoing shoots, maintenance, safety reasons or operational requirements.

7. Shoot Permissions and Usage

The production team is responsible for clearly communicating shoot requirements in advance, including:

• Shoot date and time
• Crew size
• Equipment details
• Art requirements
• Vehicle movement
• Vanity van requirement
• Special effects, fire, water or smoke usage
• Additional power or lighting requirements
• Any other production-specific need

Any special setup, modification, decoration, prop movement or structural change must be approved by Mother Nature Sttudios in advance.

8. Damage and Responsibility

The production team will be responsible for any damage caused to the set, property, furniture, fixtures, equipment, props, walls, flooring, electrical fittings or any other studio assets during the shoot, recce or setup period.

Any damage, loss or repair cost may be charged to the production team.

9. Safety and Conduct

All visitors, production teams, crew members, artists and vendors must follow safety instructions and studio rules.

Mother Nature Sttudios reserves the right to stop or restrict any activity that may be unsafe, damaging, unlawful, disruptive or not approved in advance.

10. Parking and Logistics

Parking availability may vary depending on the location, shoot schedule and number of vehicles.

Large vehicles, generators, vanity vans and equipment trucks must be informed and approved in advance to ensure smooth logistics.

11. Third-Party Permissions

Mother Nature Sttudios provides access to its own managed shooting locations and studio facilities.

Any permissions required outside the studio premises, including public roads, government permissions, drone permissions, police permissions, music rights, artist permissions or brand permissions, are the responsibility of the production team unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
